Aria Rights Collective operates as an intellectual property aggregation and management company in the music and recording industry, based at 3 Qtrs, Illorin, Kwara State. These terms govern your use of our website and all transactions conducted through it.
2. Products & Services
We offer a range of products and services including vinyl records, digital music licenses, IP rights consultation packages, royalty management subscriptions, artist merchandise, studio session bookings, and music distribution packages. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦).
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All payments are processed securely through Payaza. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Aria Rights Collective or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. Digital music licenses purchased through our platform are subject to the specific terms outlined in each license agreement and do not constitute a transfer of ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
5. Refunds & Returns
Physical products (vinyl records, merchandise) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Digital products (licenses, distribution packages) are non-refundable once delivered or activated. Consultation and studio session bookings may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time; cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. 6. Limitation of Liability
Aria Rights Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific product or service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kwara State, Nigeria.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
